We provide
Medical Consultation
- We provide the remote diagnosis and treatment of patients by means of telecommunications technology. And engage in the business of concierge medical services by providing personalised care to patients.
- We provide consultation services as allied health professionals as well as health and wellbeing services. And engage the services of allied health professionals, be it dieticians, psychologist, physiotherapist, and other allied health professionals.
- You can also access “talking therapy“, particularly for women who might require a listening ear, through our Allied Health Professional link.
How it works
Steps:
- Simply save this number on your WhatsApp.
- Send a Hi or Hello message.
- Choose your preferred language.
- Choose the type of provider, like, General doctors, Specialists, and so on.
- Make your small fee payment and then you‘ll be connected through a link sent to you on your WhatsApp.
- After the video call or audio call, please rate the doctor. This helps us provide better services.
Please Note
- Your case could occasionally require an immediate hospital referral. We will provide you the appropriate advice if we are unable to evaluate you owing to space restrictions or if your case is too complex.
- Check your WhatsApp for the summary of your consultation and any other important information, like prescription and so on.
- Please note of your case reference number or follow up reference will be on your consultation document.
- For Follow up, you may need to upload any results from your phone gallery and put your reference number for that case.
- It may not be necessary to see the same doctor if you choose a GP, but for a specialist it will be same person in most cases.
